As the Executive Director of the Hispanic Chamber of Columbus, I contribute to Hispanic workforce empowerment and growth in Central Ohio by collaborating with Fortune 500 companies to hire our workforce.

As an experienced nomadic Startup founder, I started Grey Learning and later Grey Analytics, leading an international team of 9 that included Colombian, Venezuelan, Pakistani, European, and American talent. We focused on creating a future workforce data tool with personalized, self-managed recruiting and skilling for talent in the contemporary labor landscape.

My experience in business development and product management contributed to my passion for solving product growth problems. In my current product consulting company, I leverage strategy with design and development in an international team, building AI tools for startups.
