Chris Miller has extensive experience representing corporations, educational institutions, and municipalities before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. His work encompasses rate design issues, rule makings, standard service offers, and wholesale generation matters. He has also played a key role in designing energy efficiency and renewable energy programs for various clients.

In the telecommunications and utilities sector, Miller has represented clients in negotiations and agreement drafting for property access, including real estate, conduit systems, easements, and fiber infrastructure. He has guided clients through telecommunications and technology contracting, while also managing utility service negotiations with vendors. His expertise extends to preparing comprehensive RFP, RFI, and RFQ documentation for energy services, telecommunications, technology solutions, and hardware procurement.

Miller specializes in wireless communications law, handling lease agreements and siting arrangements. He has drafted Rights-of-Way management ordinances and led jurisdiction-wide wireless development projects, including the creation of wireless antenna control ordinances. His experience includes negotiating cable franchises in both competitive and non-competitive markets.

A highlight of his career includes representing a Fortune 500 company in negotiations with energy supply vendors, managing the procurement of competitive electric energy across multiple states and offices.
