Elizabeth is the Co-founder and CEO of Transcendio Talent, a Columbus, Ohio-based company that trains, mentors, and coaches diverse applicants to become tomorrow’s technology leaders. She is also the President of the National Board of Directors for getWITit, a nonprofit with a mission of addressing the decline of women in IT and computing careers, with chapters throughout the Midwest.

Elizabeth has dedicated her career to helping people bring their authentic selves to the competitive and rewarding IT industry, and succeed beyond expectations. With a background in agile leadership, she coaches businesses to maximize scale and profitability.

Elizabeth also hosts the getWITit podcast, connecting with leaders across the technology industry to discuss opportunities for transition into tech and how to prepare for leadership roles.
