Over the past 35+ years, 28 years as a Procter and Gamble leader and executive, I have led manufacturing transformations across the globe that have enabled businesses to significantly increase Sales and Profit while dramatically improving Cash Flow. As I have traveled the globe, it has been disturbing to see U.S. Operations and Manufacturing become 2nd rate compared to other countries, even developing countries.
