Rachael A. Pinckney is a community and business leader with experience in corporate, non-profit, private sector and most recently with entrepreneurship, as she created her own organization specializing in leadership development with a focus on cultural competence. With 18+ years in the corporate space, she is passionate and has a wealth of knowledge around building strong, engaged and high-performance teams.

Committed to lifelong learning and community impact, Rachael is pursuing a Master of Science in Business Psychology from Franklin University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and Applied Economics from The Ohio State University. Passionate about fostering inclusive teams and strong organizational cultures, she actively volunteers with non-profits and serves as Board Chair of Lead the Way and previously served on the boards of Community for New Direction and Pan-African Connections. Whether leading teams, mentoring emerging leaders, or driving strategic initiatives, Rachael is dedicated to creating meaningful change in both professional and community settings.
