I am the Assistant Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Community Relations at Encova Insurance, a regional property and casualty insurer with over 1,200 employees and $1 billion in annual revenue. I have over nine years of experience in this role, leading and executing a robust DEI strategy and managing all corporate philanthropic activity. I have formal business education in finance and insurance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, and I hold several professional insurance certifications, including the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

My diverse background and perspective enable me to leverage data analysis and interpersonal skills to optimize outcomes and deliver value to various stakeholders. I have successfully formalized and automated the company's philanthropic and volunteer programs, facilitated DEI training and education, and represented the company at various community events and media appearances. I have also received multiple awards and recognitions for my DEI and community leadership, both internally and externally. I am passionate about driving DEI and community impact at Encova Insurance and beyond, and I serve as an advisor and officer on several boards and initiatives related to these areas. I have been recognized with numerous awards for my work in diversity and community engagement.
